By subscribing to our services or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Oralythivenqo Sdn Bhd, governed by Malaysian law.

We provide monthly financial planning consultation services via subscription at RM 1,043.75 per month (equivalent to $250 USD). Our services include personalized consultations, planning guidance, and ongoing support.

Services are provided subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued with reasonable notice to subscribers.

As a subscriber to our services, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and complete information during consultations and registration
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account information and login credentials
• Pay subscription fees on time and in accordance with the payment terms
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Oralythivenqo and our content

You may not use our services for any of the following purposes:

• Sharing or redistributing our consultation content without written permission
• Using our services to engage in any illegal or fraudulent activities
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfering with or disrupting our services or servers
• Using our services to harass, threaten, or harm others in any way

All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with our services remain the exclusive property of Oralythivenqo. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

All content, trademarks, and materials on this website are protected by Malaysian copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Subscription fees are billed monthly at RM 1,043.75 (including 6% SST). Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle and processed automatically using your chosen payment method.

Refunds are not provided for subscription services. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days written notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes take effect.

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or results from our consultation services.

You agree to indemnify and hold Oralythivenqo harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Either party may terminate the subscription service with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for violations of these terms.

Upon termination, your access to consultation services will end, and any unpaid fees become immediately due and payable.

This disclaimer and all related matters are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the complete agreement between you and Oralythivenqo regarding our services.

We may modify these terms at any time by posting updated terms on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Significant changes to these terms will be communicated to subscribers via email or through our service platform.
